So this song probably makes more sense if you read my Saturday post: https://blissfullu.com/2025/09/13/i-want-the-usa-to-feel-like-home-again/ To be honest, when I was doing my meditation in the aftermath of the Charlie Kirk murder that produced that post, it was this song that came to my mind first. So then I meditated what this song had to do with that event, which resulted in what I wrote about in that post. But the words came later. It was really this song that was the inspiration.

But even if you don’t read the post, I find this song from The Wiz to be incredibly beautiful and uplifting. And it’s all about the spiritual quality I’m trying to concentrate on these days. Maybe you are too. If so, hope this helps.

Also, I LOVE LOVE LOVE these musical renditions that came out during our COVID period. They were a wonderful demonstration that we could still have art and beauty and music and connection even when a deadly disease was keeping us physically apart. It reminds me that we found ways to pull together during the challenge of COVID. And if we could do that during COVID, we can do now as well.
